Before commencing the refurbishment of the Derby branch of Loughborough Building Society we will be carrying out a survey of the roof structure to establish the cause of water ingress to the top floor of the building. In this instance we will be using a drone to carry out the survey, as the property is located in Derby’s busy city centre where traditional access would be extremely challenging and costly. The CAA approved flight will provide a comprehensive 4K survey and 3D model of the roof to determine any defects. We look forward to sharing the footage.
