Following last week’s progress updates across our other sites, we’re pleased to share the latest from our ongoing fit‑out for Howes Percival in Milton Keynes. This marks the third office we’ve delivered for the firm, and the design continues the established visual language and workplace experience created for their previous locations. Partition walls are now in place, with glazing due to arrive shortly.
As a full turnkey scheme, the project includes:
- A complete furniture package
- New flooring and ceilings
- Electrical and mechanical works
- Fresh tea points and meeting suites
- A vibrant open‑plan workspace
- Dedicated Zoom pods for private calls and focused work
The programme is progressing at pace, and it’s exciting to see the space taking shape. We’ll continue to share updates as the project moves forward.
