Another exciting project win for 360 Commercial Projects as our successful relationship with leading UK law firm Howes Percival continues to grow!
We are delighted to announce that 360 Commercial Projects has been appointed to deliver a substantial office refurbishment project for Howes Percival at its Norwich offices, with works scheduled to commence in early January 2027.
This latest appointment represents another significant milestone in a working relationship spanning more than five years, during which 360 has successfully delivered office refurbishment projects for Howes Percival in Leicester, Cambridge and Milton Keynes.
🤝 A Partnership Built on Trust
Having worked closely with Howes Percival since 2021, we are incredibly proud of the strong working relationship that has developed between our two businesses.
The Norwich project has been in development since September 2025, with our team working collaboratively with Howes Percival to develop a comprehensive refurbishment programme that will transform key areas of the building.
Securing this latest appointment is particularly rewarding and reflects the trust, confidence and successful collaboration established over the course of our previous projects.
🏢 Transforming the Norwich Workplace
The refurbishment will take place across three floor levels and will deliver a significant transformation of the existing working environment.
The project includes:
- ✨ Complete refurbishment of the main reception area, creating a welcoming and professional first impression.
- 🏢 Refurbishment of existing office areas to provide a refreshed, modern working environment.
- ☕ Upgraded kitchen facilities and the creation of a new social space.
- 🤝 Construction of a new boardroom, providing a dedicated space for meetings and collaboration.
- 🔇 Introduction of private working pods, supporting focused working and confidential conversations.
The project is programmed to run throughout the first quarter of 2027, with the 360 team coordinating the refurbishment across all three levels.
