We collaborate closely with independent Building Control consultants and Local Authority planning officers to ensure your project is fully compliant before work begins. We make certain that all health and safety information, including a construction phase plan, risk assessments, and method statements, is in place.
We assess the age of the building and, depending on the project’s nature, ensure the appropriate level of asbestos reporting is conducted. If needed, we commission a specific survey to mitigate any risks.
Upon arrival, all operatives are inducted onto the site by our Site Foreman.
A detailed programme is created for every project, outlining the overall duration, phase breakdowns, and key milestones to identify decision dates that might affect procurement lead times. Items with extended lead times or specific design requirements are prioritized early in the planning process to ensure timely consideration.
As many projects evolve during the delivery phase, we ensure the programme evolves with them. This approach keeps you informed with a real-time outlook on how variations impact the completion date.
Every project is overseen by one of our Project Managers, who has in-depth knowledge of the project before it begins on site. Our site-based team of operatives is led and managed by our on-site Foreman, who is also a trained first aider and your daily point of contact.
We consider all aspects of the delivery and installation phase, including specific restrictions related to the location, timing of deliveries, and waste removal. Additionally, we address the impact on surrounding areas, including noise and confidentiality concerns.
No project is complete until you are fully satisfied with every aspect of the delivery. Upon completion, we provide an operations and maintenance manual and/or BIM model, detailing all products and finishes used in the project. This includes warranty information, user instructions, maintenance guidance, and certifications for any electrical and mechanical alterations, as well as Building Control and planning approvals.
