360 has successfully completed the design and fit-out of the Veolia Customer Experience Area in Cannock. This space was meticulously crafted to serve dual purposes: providing an engaging environment where customers can learn about Veolia’s diverse range of services and offering a dynamic hot-desking area for Veolia staff. The new area embodies 360’s commitment to creating versatile, functional, and inspiring spaces that enhance both customer engagement and employee productivity.

The project included the following key features:

• A large town hall-style setting furnished by Connection Furniture.
• Soft seating areas from Connection Furniture and Sixteen3.
• High and low hot desk settings from ØRN Furniture.
• Collaboration spaces utilizing Rooms from Connection Furniture.
• An analyst space with a 6-screen media wall using Senator Furniture.
• A customer tea point with a glass drinks fridge and coffee facilities.
• Bespoke wall finishes for a unique touch.
• A full planting scheme, including a branded moss wall.
• Wall branding and graphics to reinforce Veolia’s corporate identity.
