Following on from our post earlier in the month, we have the report back from our drone survey of the Loughborough Building Society roof in Derby.
We wanted to share with you just how detailed the 4K images taken from the drone are, you can see that it captures evidence of glass slippage in a roof light, slipped tiles, a missing ridge tile, cracked tiles, defective flashing, perished mortar and foliage growth.
The survey can now be used to provide the client with a comprehensive schedule of remedial work, all done safely and at a fraction of the cost of a traditional survey
