My working relationship with Adam Collier and his team has spanned nearly 20 years and the high level of service always remains the same. I am so impressed with the service provided by 360 commercial throughout. From initial briefing, to concept, to install, everything has been timely, well managed, hassle-free and we felt well looked after. 360 Commercial Projects delivered an extensive refurbishment of a new office premises for Renault Trucks to an excellent standard. Communication and delivery from the team on-site was excellent, along with a willingness to truly understand our needs and provide workable and cost effective solutions. We headed into 2021 with the opportunity to review our space requirements in two of our locations. In Chesterfield our existing lease was coming up to expiry, and in our Nottingham head office there was an opportunity to execute a break clause; Whilst we took contrasting approaches with the solutions, we chose to engage with Adam and the team at 360 to carry out the work required
In Chesterfield, we identified a prime location for our new office and started planning the interior fit out well ahead of legal completion. This enabled a rapid fit out once we had the keys and the staff are highly delighted with their new environment;
In Nottingham, and driven by the changing use of space and blended working patterns, we chose to reduce our footprint by reducing the amount of space we lease and repurposing much of the current space to provide a new boardroom/training suite, shared workspace area and kitchen.
Balancing sensible budgets with ambitious requirements was achievable because Adam had taken the time out on numerous visits to understand our business and apply both logic and creativity to the challenging brief and design.
From a client perspective, the need to make changes during the work was minimal, and any changes were met with a ‘can do ‘ attitude. Their tradespeople have been courtesy and tidy, and above all competent. Less glamourous, but equally important was the additional work required on dilapidations to hand one suite of offices back to the landlord.

I am the Clinical Director and Owner of a specialist rehabilitation business providing hands-on therapy, innovative technology and exercise for individuals recovering from serious illness or catastrophic injury.
In 2019, we were required to move our thriving business for our 26 members of staff and the 150- 200 clients per week that visit our rehab facility. Having found potential premises, I was in doubt as to whether its tired and poorly constructed interior could be transformed. Adam Collier came to see our current premises to understand what we needed to achieve in the design of our potential new premises. He reassured us that the premises could indeed be transformed into an environment that would exceed the demands of our rehab team and clients. A design was produced within three days which with minimal alteration became the blueprint for the refit that started at the beginning of February 2020.
The Covid pandemic of 2020 caused a myriad of challenges for the completion of the refit from supply change shortages to self-isolation for various members of the trades. Adam Johnson revealed himself as a consummate project manager who facilitated the completion of the project and the opening of our new clinic in time for our shielding clients to return.
Every returning client has been amazed by the design of the centre and the quality of the refit. Our clinical and admin team returning from furlough have found a new home and get a buzz from working in an environment that was built around their needs.

I am about to embark on my third large project with Adam and the team at 360 Projects. From the formulation of a design and delivery plan, through to the execution and finish, my experience has been extremely positive. As such we are continuing to work on bigger and bigger projects. What has been particularly positive has been the connection between the design phase and the delivery aspect, ensuring there is a clear and effective visual in place that all involved are working towards. Communication has been direct and prompt, making remedial works much easier to deal with and resolve. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend 360 Commercial Projects.
We have recently used 360 CP for a complete refurbishment of our two-story office building. Having reached out to a few fit-out companies, we were really impressed with Adam and Bens approach to the project. The initial designs exceeded expectation and the detailed costing was clear and easy to navigate – an important factor when embarking on a large project. The execution of the project was well organised, and communication was prompt throughout. We are delighted with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending 360.
Couldn’t recommend 360 highly enough. They were quick to respond from initial contact. Throughout the planning they were very helpful, honest and patient. The project was delivered on time, on agreed budget, to a very high standard. Their attention to detail was exemplary – to give an example, on 3 walls their painter was not happy with the finish. He ended up completing 9 coats of paint until he was.

360 were approached by Tettenhall College to design and deliver the refurbishment of the sixth form common room facility, kitchen and a suite of 40 boarding rooms at the historic site in Wolverhampton which dates back to 1863.
